How do I list my space?

Click "List Your Space" in the navigation, complete the host onboarding, and fill out the listing form. It's free to list.

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Funds are held until the booking starts, then released to the Host minus a small platform commission.

What if I have a dispute with a Host or Storer?

Contact the other party directly first. If unresolved, email us at hello@storagefinder.co and we'll help mediate.

Is my vehicle insured while in storage?

StorageFinder does not provide insurance. Both Hosts and Storers should maintain their own appropriate coverage. See our Insurance Info page for guidance.

How long does it take to get a response?

We typically reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend emails are answered on Monday.

Can I call you?

Yes. Call us on 07 4803 7388 Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST.

How do I cancel a booking?

Log in, go to My Bookings, and select Cancel. If the booking has already started, contact us for help.
