Anyone who breaches our Terms of Service faces account suspension or termination. We retain booking records, communications, and Handover photos.
Snap a photo when you arrive and another when you leave. It takes 10 seconds and creates a timestamped record of the space condition, when it happened, what it looked like. Both sides are covered.
Up to CAD $1,000 if something goes wrong. If damage or a dispute arises during your booking, you can submit a reimbursement request. We'll review the evidence and may reimburse up to CAD $1,000 of your documented costs. Included with every booking.
