We retain booking records, communications, and Handover photos that can be provided to your insurer or law enforcement where required or authorised by law, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Snap a photo on drop-off and another on pick-up. It takes 10 seconds and creates a timestamped photographic record of the condition of vehicles and the storage space. This record can support insurance claims and help resolve disputes, but it does not replace comprehensive insurance coverage.
Up to CAD $1,000 if something goes wrong. If damage or theft happens during your booking, you can submit a reimbursement request. We'll review the evidence and may reimburse up to CAD $1,000 of your documented costs. It's included with every booking at no extra cost.
